OUR GUARANTEE

The Weight Loss People Ltd guarantees that anyone who completes the whole course and who does not lose weight can claim a refund of their course fee in full.

The guarantee is limited to the amount of the course fee that was paid in all instances, no accommodation, travelling or subsistence costs are covered by the guarantee nor is there any implication of any other costs are covered no matter how they are incurred. For a claim under the guarantee to be valid it must be accompanied by the return of all the course material provided in hard copy and DVD and CD’s.

Our fundamental aim is to help people lose weight and be in control of their weight and we will offer additional help without charge should the course not be successful for an individual. This is not a substitute for the guarantee or hinder the return of a fee.

Note: We reserve the right to offer the course without the guarantee should in our opinion a client be under or recently have been under certain medication or drugs or therapies which could delay reaction to the course within the 20 week period. We would, however, usually offer the alternative process of one to one sessions.

Conditions of Guarantee and Definitions:
	Completion/completes the whole course’ means that the client must attend all course events of their specific course (see exceptions) and complete all homework tasks on time, the homework must be handed in or posted each week as required by the tutor and/or course manual. The whole course must be completed.
	The Guarantee claim must be activated between weeks 20 and week 22, no claims outside of this time frame will be considered.
	Refunds can only be made through a cheque or bank transfer to a UK bank account; cash is not an option – for absolute clarity under no circumstance will we refund money in cash. We do not have insurance to hold or carry cash and we will not put our employees at risk through handling cash.

	Exceptions to specific course completion rule:
	In the case of bereavement or illness or pre-booked holidays transfer to another course will be allowed without any further cost to the client. Where holidays have been pre-booked every effort will be made to provide either extra time outside of the course or provision for doubling onto another course to facilitate the required hours and knowledge to ensure success.
	A guarantee claim will be dealt with within 7 working days of receipt.
	We reserve the right to withdraw or not offer the guarantee if in our opinion a client is on or has been on medication or drugs or another therapy which we do not consider being compatible with hypnotherapy. This will always be declared in advance of confirmation of enrollment; obviously our assessment is subject to the information provided by the client any false statements made may nullify the guarantee.
